Conditional sentences are to describe the fact, that the effect of some activity depends on some factors. Particular kind of this sentence stresses it duration and possibility to come true.

Zdania warunkowe służą do opisywania tego, że efekt jakiejś czynności zależy od pewnych czynników. Poszczególne rodzaje tych zdań podkreślaja ich trwanie oraz możliwość, by się spełniły.

Conditional sentences have two parts - the condition and the result which may happen or not and which depends on fulfilling the condition. Sentences consist of a word "if", the condition and, after a coma, the result. We may also put the result first and then, the "if" and the condition, but with no coma in this situation. Instead of "if" we can use "providing", "as soon as", "on condition" as well, or "unless" which means "if not".

Zdania warunkowe są zdaniami złożonymi, mają one dwie części - warunku i rezultatu, który może się wydarzyć, lub też nie, zależy on bowiem od wypełnienia się warunku. Zdania zawierają "if", warunek i po przecinku rezultat (wynik). Możemy również najpierw wstawić rezultat i następnie "if" i warunek, z tym że wtedy nie należy używać przecinka. Zamiast "if" możemy użyć "as soon as", "on condition", lub "unless" , lecz to ostatnie jest przeczeniem do "if" ("if not").
